A streetwise American chemist, Elmo McElroy ,develops a secret formula to a substance that is 51 times more powerful that any known drug. When a deal goes awry in America he heads off to England in hopes of selling the drug.
But he courts more trouble than he expected on the other side of the pond when he gets involved in double dealings and double crosses. Now, he'll have to rely on the help of Felix DeSousa, an eccentric British lad who hates all things American.
Will their cultural differences foil their plans for victory? Starring Samuel.L.Jackson, Robert Carlyle and Emily Mortimer
