Haru is an orphan who, as a baby, was found washed up on the shores of Japan and taken to be raised at a secret Japanese dojo.

The ninjas think this child could be the Great White Ninja foretold in legend - but he has yet to show it. Haru gets the chance to prove himself when the beautiful, mysterious Alison persuades him to embark on a dangerous mission into the wilds of Beverly Hills.

With the help of his ninja brother, Gobei, and his new American friend, Joey, Haru uncovers a plot much larger than he expected, involving counterfeiting and murder. A series of life-threatening challenges culminates in a climactic martial arts showdown as Haru fights to save Alison and prove he is the Great White Ninja.
