Conrad and Sally Walden (Spenser Breslin and Dakota Fanning) are siblings who are extremely bored. Their mom has gone off to work and their babysitter has fallen asleep. With all that rain pouring outside, there is just nothing to do!
Then, unexpectedly the master of fun, chaos and mayhem, The Cat In The Hat (Myers) arrives and he promises the children a day of mischief they’ll never forget without any trouble if they’ll just sign his contract.
