Café owner Reg and photographer Julia are set up by mutual friends for a blind date that ends horribly. When these friends pass away shortly thereafter, their will names Reg and Julia as guardians of their nine year old son, Waylon. Through this new parenting journey, Reg and Julia will discover that love does indeed exist for the two of them.
