In a little village on the sea shore live two young dogs, Tom and Fluffy who are in love with each other. Their friend, Oskar is an inventor who has just invented a sugar machine and meets up with his old friend Klaus, who has returned to the village from his journeys around the world. These four, along with Julius the cat and Otto the spoiled dragon who lives in the pond and their other friends are the principle characters of the humorous animated series.
