Jimmy Tong (Chan), an ordinary cab driver is well known for getting his clients from point A to B in the least amount of time. His reputation and skills lands him a job as a personal chauffeur for Clark Devlin (Jason Isaacs), a wealthy businessman with a job unknown to Jimmy. When Clark is attacked by terrorists, Jimmy’s job is to hunt down the perpetrators, with the help of a special tuxudo that turns him into an uber spy.
