Terminator: Dark Fate

This story restarts the Terminator timeline right after Judgment Day, picking up years later in a changed world. Sarah Connor bears the fresh pain of losing her son, John, to another Terminator sent from a future that no longer exists. She now spends her life hunting machines that keep arriving from unknown threats.

Dani Ramos is a young factory worker living quietly in Mexico City when a lethal new Terminator, the Rev-9, arrives to eliminate her. But she is not alone. Grace, an augmented soldier from the future, is sent back to protect Dani at all costs.

Sarah joins forces with Grace and Dani when their paths cross amid chaos. They are soon joined by a familiar face: Carl, the original T-800. No longer an assassin, he has built a life and conscience of his own, a being seeking redemption for past destruction.

As they run from the ever-evolving Rev-9, a Terminator that can split into liquid and solid forms, Dani gradually grows from survivor into fighter. Under Sarah’s and Grace’s guidance, she learns not only to defend herself but to rally courage for the resistance she’s destined to lead.
