1l Danone Ultramel Vanilla Custard
1/3 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract:
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
½ cup mini chocolate chips
3 table spoons lemon juice
Hot cross buns
In a large mixing bowl mix Danone Ultramel Vanilla Custard with Ground Cinnamon , Nutmeg & Milk.
Slice the hot cross buns into half horizontally.
Grease the baking tray.
Place hot cross buns into baking tray.
Pour the Danone Ultramel Vanilla Custard and Milk Mixture on top of the half hot cross buns
Add blueberries & Choclate chips.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius . Place the loaf pan into the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the top is very golden brown.
The top may be lightly browned, but the center may still be moist .. A nice, dark, golden brown will ensure that the center is cooked as well.
Allow the pudding to rest for about 20 minutes and then run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen it .
While Pudding is baking add sugar,half cup blueberries and lemon juice into a deep sauce pan on medium heat and let it simmer till the
blueberries are soft.
Serve warm with blueberries sauce & Danone Ultramel Vanilla Custard.
