Terminator Genisys

In the war-torn future of 2029, John Connor leads the human resistance against Skynet’s machine army. Victory seems close, but before they can destroy Skynet, the machines send a Terminator back to 1984 to kill Sarah Connor, John’s mother. To protect her, John sends his trusted soldier, Kyle Reese, into the past.

However, the timeline is no longer as Kyle expects. When he arrives, Sarah is already a battle-hardened fighter, raised and trained by an ageing T-800 she calls “Pops.” The original assassination attempt has long been foiled, and Sarah is prepared for what’s coming.

Together, Sarah, Pops, and a disoriented Kyle face a new threat: a transformed version of John Connor, altered by Skynet into a powerful machine-human hybrid. With the future rewritten, they must navigate shifting alliances and uncertain trust, all while trying to stop “Genisys”, a global operating system that will activate Skynet and trigger Judgment Day.

Their journey moves between past, present, and a reimagined future, blending intense action with questions about fate and free will. As the clock counts down to Genisys’ launch, the trio must outmanoeuvre both human and machine enemies in a fight that will decide the fate of humanity.
