To his mind, nothing could be better than a long road trip across America together, of course.

Morticia, ever poised and gothic in her elegance, supports the idea, while Wednesday and Pugsley are less enthusiastic. Wednesday, especially, is wrestling with questions of identity and belonging, made worse when a strange scientist begins to hint that she may not be a true Addams after all. This sparks a thread of uncertainty that runs alongside their bizarre family holiday.

As the Addamses travel across iconic landmarks, chaos follows in their wake. Pugsley experiments with explosions and young love, Uncle Fester grows more eccentric by the day, and Wednesday quietly investigates the truth behind the scientist’s claims. Each stop on their journey brings mayhem, mischief, and memorable encounters, but also moments that remind them of what truly binds them together.

At its core, the story is about family in all its weird, wonderful forms. Wednesday’s search for her own identity tests her connection to Gomez and Morticia, while the family’s misadventures show that being “normal” is overrated.
