Shanghai Noon is a fast, funny, and action-packed adventure that blends martial arts with the Wild West. Starring Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson, it is a buddy comedy like no other, filled with laughter, stunts, and non-stop entertainment.
The story begins in 19th-century China, where Princess Pei Pei is kidnapped and taken to America. Chon Wang (Jackie Chan), a loyal Imperial guard, joins a rescue mission to bring her home. But when he arrives in Nevada, things go wrong, and Chon finds himself stranded in the desert. There he crosses paths with Roy O’Bannon (Owen Wilson), a charming but hopeless outlaw with big dreams and very little success.
Although they are total opposites, Chon is disciplined and skilled, while Roy is talkative and clumsy, the two are forced to team up. Their quest to rescue the princess takes them across dusty towns, dangerous saloons, and wild train rides, all while fighting off ruthless bandits and corrupt lawmen.
