AA outraged by proposed service fees

The Automobile Association of South Africa has hit out at government's plan to charge a R250 service fee for making an online booking for a new driver’s license card.

Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula gazetted the proposed amendment earlier today and it led to an outcry.

Layton Beard, spokesperson for the Automobile Association described the extra cost as outrageous.
