Can ANC force Ace Magashule's hand?

The ANC’s National Executive Committee is said be grappling with the Ace Magashule matter today.  

Should its Secretary General step aside or be forced to vacate his office, while he fights to clear his name of the serious charges against him.

Most observers are now waiting to see if the ruling party can force Magashule out?
