CT law enforcers net curfew busters

City law enforcement officers in Cape Town have spent the Women’s Day long weekend monitoring thoroughfares and hotspots to nab speeders and those illegally breaking curfew.

It was also expected to be a busy three days for spinners and illegal street racers stealthily trying to outpace traffic police.
