E Cape storm victims still waiting for help

A bleak Christmas awaits residents from various villages in the OR Tambo District Municipality in the Eastern Cape.

After a massive storm left six dead and more than 70 homeless two weeks ago residents are still waiting for government officials to fulfil their promises to help rebuild their homes.
