Free State launches COVID-19 vaccine plan

Healthcare workers at the Universitas Academic Hospital in Bloemfontein have received their first COVID-19 jabs.

Health MEC Montseng Tsiu and the department’s HOD, Dr David Motau were the first to be vaccinated this morning,

to prove that there’s nothing sinister about the vaccines. Dr Motau says he was happy to be among the first to receive the jab.

He adds that they are ready to rollout the vaccines to healthcare workers.
