Gauteng moves in on illegal schools

Gauteng Education MEC Panyaza Lesufi, together with municipal and law enforcement officials, led clamp down operations at three illegal schools in Ivory Park on Thursday.

About 20 schools have already been closed down in the area for various reasons, including not following the proper curriculum, undocumented teachers, and overcrowding.
