Government to bust vaccine apathy

Government communicators are tracking public perceptions around the COVID-19 vaccine to improve its awareness strategies where vaccine apathy has set in.

In a new study led by Ask Afrika about two in three South Africans say they're willing to take the jab. But it’s the youth and predominantly residents of the Western Cape who appear hardest to convince.
