Has Zuma set a dangerous precedent?

Swifambo Rail director, Auswell Mashaba has followed in the footsteps of former President Jacob Zuma by defying

a summons to appear before the Zondo Commission. He said the summons isn’t a legally binding document.

Legal Expert, Elton Hart is of the opinion that this will create a precedent where witnesses can easily defy the commission and derail the work it’s doing.
