Man turns uses COVID grant to start fast food business

Government’s R350 Social Relief of Distress grant came to an end in April this year but there's been growing calls for it to be extended.

While many complained that the grant was too little to survive on, one KwaMashu man used the grant to change his life.

He used the money to start his own township fast food joint. Our reporter Nabeelah Shaikh has more.
