‘My Father Died For This’

On Thursday a documentary titled ‘My Father Died For This’ made its world premiere on international news channel Al Jazeera.

The film follows Lukhanyo Calata’s quest for justice to have his father Fort Calata’s killers brought to book.

His father was one of the Cradock Four who were assassinated by security police in 1985.

We spoke to Naashon Zalk the director of the documentary about why he chose to pursue this story.
