Prioritise voters in coalition talks

The timer is set for parties to secure coalition agreements across the Western Cape. 16 councils in the province have no outright majority.

This means once dominant parties like the ANC and DA will have to cozy up to political rivals if they have any hope of governing outlying towns. But analysts warn against coupling up without keeping the electorate top of mind.
