Silver Surfer hopes to inspire

Bianca Buitendag capped off her 13-year career in style by signing off with a historical  moment at the Tokyo Olympic Games.

The 27-year-old announced her retirement from women’s surfing shortly after walking away from the inaugural event with an Olympic silver medal.

Sports producer Kieryn Thompson caught up with the silver medallist who visited a primary school in Delft with the hope of inspiring the next generation.
