Vlakfontein residents finally get title deeds

Some have been waiting for nearly two decades but now several residents of Vlakfontein,

south of Johannesburg, finally received plots and homes to call their own. 

Mayor Geoff Makhubo handed over the first of more than 600 title deeds to locals earlier today.
