Zim journalist back in court

Zimbabwean journalist Hopewell Chin’ono is expected back in court when a possible trial date will be set. 

The freelance journalist and fierce critic of Zimbabwe’s government, was arrested along with opposition politician, Jacob Ngarivhume.

They face charges of inciting public violence, and are accused of organizing protests against corruption in the country. 

Chin’ono was earlier granted bail, and had to surrender his passport and title deed.
