Zuma says ANC is failing to protect him

Former president Jacob Zuma has slammed the ANC for failing to protect him.

A 23-page letter was publicly sent to ANC secretary-general Ace Magashule over the weekend.

In it, Zuma addresses the various court cases against him over the years, including the rape case, the Nkandla upgrades and the arms deal.

He further criticises the party’s top six for leaving him high and dry when he needs them most.

So what was Zuma's intention to make this document public. To answer some of these questions we spoke to William Gumede,
