Accidental Spy

Buck Yuen (Jackie Chan) is an ordinary Hong Kong fitness equipment salesman who dreams of a more exciting life. Every day feels the same until fate gives him exactly what he wished for, just not in the way he expected. When he bravely stops a robbery at a jewellery store, his lightning-fast reflexes and quick wit make him an instant local hero. But the sudden fame attracts attention from people with hidden motives, and Buck’s quiet life is turned upside down.

A private investigator soon approaches him with unbelievable news: his long-lost father, a Korean spy, is still alive but gravely ill. Curious and hopeful, Buck travels overseas to meet him. What begins as a personal mission quickly turns into a whirlwind of danger, double agents, and secret plots. Before long, Buck finds himself in the middle of an international chase across continents.

From the crowded streets of Hong Kong to the golden deserts of Turkey, Buck battles ruthless pursuers while trying to uncover the truth about his past. Along the way, he meets Carmen (Vivian Hsu), a mysterious woman who holds part of the secret he’s chasing. Together, they face explosions, disguises, and nonstop action as Buck learns that not everything or everyone is what it seems.

As the puzzle unravels, Buck must decide who to trust and how far he’s willing to go to uncover the truth about his family. What began as a simple search for his father becomes the adventure of a lifetime, one filled with courage, danger, and discovery.
