Fast Five

After escaping custody, Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and Brian O'Conner (Paul Walker) flee to Rio de Janeiro, where they find themselves in the crosshairs of a ruthless drug lord named Hernan Reyes. To buy their permanent freedom, they assemble an elite team of former associates to pull off a daring $100 million heist by stealing Reyes' fortune directly from a heavily fortified police station. 

While orchestrating the job, the crew is relentlessly hunted by Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson), a hard-nosed federal agent who eventually forms a temporary alliance with them after his own team is ambushed by Reyes’ men. 

The film culminates in a high-speed chase through the streets of Rio, where Dom and Brian use modified cars to drag a massive vault behind them, ultimately defeating Reyes and successfully disappearing with the money. A final mid-credits revelation reveals that Dom’s former partner, Letty Ortiz, who was thought to be dead, is actually still alive in Berlin.
