The Internship

After losing their jobs, Billy and Nick take a chance and apply for internships at Google. Despite not fitting the traditional mould of a college student and lacking relevant experience, they impress their interviewers with their unconventional answers and are accepted into the program.

Assigned to a team led by Lyle, Billy and Nick are initially seen as useless by their teammates, who are a quirky bunch of misfits. However, Billy rallies the team in a game of quidditch and convinces them to indulge in a wild night out, which inspires them to create an app that guards against reckless phone usage while drunk. The app wins them a task and earns them the most downloads.

Meanwhile, Nick becomes interested in the technical side of things and attends presentations to impress an executive named Dana, with whom he eventually goes on a date. In the final task, the teams must sign a company to advertise with Google, and Billy leads his team to convince a pizzeria owner how Google can help him expand his business while remaining true to his values. The team wins the challenge, securing the guaranteed jobs.

As the program ends, Nick and Dana continue to see each other, and Lyle finds love with Google's dance instructor, Marielena. Stuart and Neha form a romantic connection, and Yo-Yo asserts himself to his mother.

Overall, the movie showcases the importance of perseverance, teamwork, and unconventional thinking. Despite not fitting the traditional mould, Billy and Nick use their unique strengths to succeed in the program and land the job of their dreams.
