Access to clean water raises COVID-19 fears in the Eastern Cape.

Residents of Willow Village in the Eastern Cape fear they might be at risk of contracting the coronavirus because they don’t have access to clean, safe drinking water.

Taps in the area have been dry since 2007 and residents have to make a daily two kilometre walk to fetch water from the spring.
