E Cape woman's ID battle

Faniswa Mgxekwa from Khwanyana village, in the Eastern Cape, is struggling to replace her identity document after it was stolen 2018. 

When she approached Home Affairs, she was told the ID she wanted to replace, belonged to someone else.
