Gearing up for local government elections

The local government election on the 27th of October will mark the sixth time South Africans, will vote under a democratic dispensation. 

Every election, political parties go toe-to-toe to retain their voters and expand their political reach. 

But analysts say this year will be particularly different from campaigning to the challenges each party is facing.
