Kinnear murder case postponed

The defense lawyer of Zane Kilian, the man accused of conspiring to kill anti-gang detective, Charl Kinnear, has withdrawn himself from the case.

He cited a conflict of interest in this increasingly convoluted trial.

It is the second time a member of Kilian's legal team has abandoned the case.
