Life in Senekal

Residents in Senekal in the Free State are hoping for a silver lining, after their town made headlines for all the wrong reasons this month.

Farm manager, Brendin Horner, was killed a couple of weeks ago. Horner was found tied to a pole with a rope around his neck.

Two suspects have been arrested in connection with his murder.

During their first court appearance, violent clashes broke out between community members and led to the arrest of two people.
