Mashaba hopes successor will take city to new level

The number of drunken driving cases and illegal dumping are on the rise in Johannesburg. This is according to the latest report from the Johannesburg Metro Police Department. It released its September 2019 statistics report. Outgoing Mayor, Herman Mashaba addressed the metro officers for the penultimate time. He vacates his office on 27 November 2019.
