Minister in Cape Town to assess grant crisis

Social Development Minister, Lindiwe Zulu, visited Cape Town on Thursday to try and quell the Sassa crisis.

The minister says a 10-point plan aims to fix the broken system that resulted in hundreds of grant recipients camping outside Sassa offices in Cape Town.
