'Modack enterprise' back in the dock

The prosecution in the case against the so-called Nafiz Modack criminal enterprise says the police investigation is at an advanced and critical stage.

Today the Blue Downs Regional court heard that Modack's brother was among those interviewed by investigators last week.

The alleged underworld crime boss and his four associates face a slew of charges including murder, extortion, intimidation and illegal cellphone pinging.
