NPA loses against Gupta-linked company

The National Prosecuting Authority lost a major case against Gupta-linked Regiments Capital today. 

The NPA says it’s been working hard  to try and claw back billions of rand, 

which was allegedly illegally funneled from state coffers as part of state capture.
