Is our data safe in the hands of government?

Government is now allowed to track our phones, if it’s suspected we have COVID-19,

or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive.

So, what does this mean for our privacy and what assurances, do we have that our data stays safe?

Former Constitutional Court Judge, Kate O'Regan, has been appointed by the Justice Minister to oversee the process.
