Outa says e-tolls are illegal

The collection of e-toll fees is illegal as of today. That’s according to the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse.

The South African National Roads Agency, SANRAL, has announced that its extended its e-toll collection contract with the company managing the system.

But OUTA believes this agreement is against the law. To explain why we were joined by Outa’s Wayne Duvenhage.
