Public transport operating hours extended

Hundreds of commuters in Johannesburg, made an early start to get to the shops on Friday.

But many were stranded for hours at taxi ranks, over confusion about public transport operating hours.

Transport Minister, Fikile Mbalula heeded calls from operators and commuters nationwide,

and announced new operating hours for taxis.
