SASSA has new plan to feed hungry

The South African Social Security Agency, or rather SASSA, has encountered many problems

as it hands out food parcels to those in need during the national lockdown.

Questions have been raised about how effective

the handing out of these food parcels are, when the need is just so great.

Are there easier ways of getting help to the desperate and hungry?
