Tshwane could have a mayor by Friday

A new Tshwane mayor is expected to be elected on Friday.

The City of Tshwane has been troubled by political disagreements which led to most of its council meetings collapsing.

The Tshwane Council speaker warned that no dramatic walk-outs will be tolerated on Friday.
