What’s next for level 3 and 4 regulations?

On Tuesday, the North Gauteng High Court ruled that regulations governing lockdown levels three and four are unconstitutional and therefore invalid. 

The judgment was, however, suspended for 14 days, meaning the regulations remain in place.
