Two new COVID-19 variants in SA

There are now three known variants of the coronavirus in South Africa. Two new strains were detected in the country over the weekend.

They were first traced in the United Kingdom and India.

Government says it’s doing all it can to isolate cases but it says the UK strain may already be spreading in communities.
