Snap Smarter, Not Harder
For the best chance to win:
· Make sure you have downloaded the snap-e app from your app store
· Allow all app permissions
· Complete your user profile on the app
· Make sure your phone brightness is up
· Spot the snap-e marker on e.tv, eMovies, eMovies extra, eSeries and eReality
· Scan the marker using the app and engage with the content behind the marker while live on screen.
COMPETITION RULES
1. Competition
The competition is promoted by e.tv (Pty) Ltd, in association with Snap-e.
2. Competition Period
The competition will run from Monday, 19 January 2026 to Friday 27 February
3. Eligibility
3.1 The competition is open to all South African residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. 3.2 Participants must have access to a compatible smartphone and the Snap-e mobile application. 3.3 Employees, agents, directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, Snap-e and any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
4. Prizes
4.1 Prizes include, but are not limited to:
· Daily cash prizes
· Shopping vouchers
· Smart TVs
· Cellphones
· Gaming consoles
· Grand prize: an island getaway to Pomene Island, courtesy of MSC Cruises
4.2 Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
4.2.1 Grand Prize Eligibility: All entries selected for the grand prize must provide a valid passport and be fit to travel at the time of prize fulfilment. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the Promoter awarding the prize to an alternative qualifying winner.
MSC Travel Requirements “By entering this competition, participants acknowledge that MSC Cruises may have specific travel requirements, including but not limited to the following: valid travel documents (a valid South African passport), age restrictions (participants to be 18 and above), health and fitness requirements (fit to travel), and compliance with any MSC safety, medical, or travel protocols in place at the time of travel. It is the responsibility of the winner(s) to ensure they meet all MSC travel requirements before the prize is redeemed. Failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize, with no compensation or alternative prize provided. Further detail may be communicated by MSC in due course”.
4.3 e.tv (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal value should circumstances require.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1 Instant winners will be notified immediately via the Snap-e app. 5.2 The grand prize winner will be selected via a random draw from all valid entries received during the competition period. 5.3 Winners will be contacted using the details provided on the Snap-e platform. 5.4 Winners must respond within the stipulated timeframe communicated, failing which the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner.
6. Prize Fulfilment
6.1 All prizes will be arranged and fulfilled by All Telecoms. 6.2 Delivery timelines may vary depending on the prize type and winner location.
6.2.1 Prize Delivery: Prizes will be delivered within 10–15 working days from the date the winner is confirmed. Should any delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, affected winners will be notified accordingly by the promoter.
7. Verification
7.1 Winners will be required to provide valid identification and proof of eligibility. 7.2 Failure to comply with verification requirements may result in disqualification.
8. General
8.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these rules. 8.2 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition should circumstances arise that are beyond its control. 8.4 Any personal information collected will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for the purposes of administering the competition.
