Johannesburg – Bheki Sibiya joins Isitha The Enemy as Solly Gumede – 23 August 2023

A blast from the past makes his way to the Sokhulu household in the late hours of the night. Nothing could have prepared Nomsa for who she just let into the house, Bab Gumede. He’s the man who once had Nomsa heart, the father of Chuma, Khaya and Thenjiwe. He claims his return is genuine and craves a relationship with his children, and hopes to make amends with Nomsa.

He is a good man, but challenged with a wandering eye and gifted with a silver tongue, a true lady’s man. He has a complicated past and an even more worrisome ex, Rebecca Mabuza. Is it wise for Nomsa to believe Solly has left his Casanova lifestyle behind? Furthermore, is he worthy of Nomsa’s forgiveness?
