Durban Gen

In a case of custom vs workplace policy, the Durban General nurses embark on a strike after being punished for allowing a traditional ritual involving the family of a recently deceased patient to take place at the hospital.

The ritual eventually becomes a PR disaster for the hospital, Nurse Phumeza takes the fall and gets suspended for it.

The nurses go on a strike and war ensues between them and the doctors, putting Durban General Hospital’s reputation at stake.
