House of Zwide - Isaac

Isaac is our sympathetic transformed gangster. At the age of 16, he was already earning himself a reputation for being fearless and courageous in the face of danger.

Years ago, Isaac decided to save Ona from the fire he started after Faith manipulated him into killing an innocent woman. Isaac took Ona and showed up at Rea’s doorstep claiming the child was his. Isaac and Rea went on to raise a family together in Tembisa. And years of raising two girls softened Isaac.

By the time we meet him he’s turned away from a life of violent crime and has become a sort of Godfather of the neighborhood.

Isaac’s main desire is to keep Ona from discovering the truth about who her father is, and we understand why he’s defined by his love for her.

Ona saved Isaac’s soul during a very dark period in his life.
