Late prime drama Imbewu and the soon to be new kid on the block Durban Gen, will keep viewers glued to their TV screens and on the edge of their chairs every night as we continue to tell authentic, proudly South African stories.

In a 2-part funeral special shot on location, Imbewu brings you an epic funeral that is nothing short of staggering drama.

This Thursday, 27th, and 28th August at 9:30PM, Imbewu pulls out all the stops.

The King is dead…shot 9 times, and still, the family won’t stop bickering. 

With fingers being pointed in every direction about who did it, it comes as no surprise that drama is inevitable! 

Thokozile remains a consistent pot-stirrer while lurking in the background unnoticed.

Culture, customs, and traditions get thrown in the washer and cause brothers Nkululeko and Zithulele to butt heads and fight over who gets to carry out the SPEAR RITUAL.
